The Wall

To practice with digital art, I've vowed to create ten pieces of art created with the computer. This is the second of the set.

Here we have a goblin equipped with a rope and hook. Before him is a wall. What lies beyond the wall? What's behind there that the goblin wants?

This was meant to replicate the pen and wash techniques I do with traditional ink and watercolor. I did the inking and spotting blacks in Photoshop and then turned it over to Painter Essentials to get the watercolor effects. I think this turned out better than I expected, but I need more practice still.
